Trademark Assignment
This Trademark Assignment Agreement is between a trademark owner (the "assignor") and a party to whom all trademark rights will be assigned (the "assignee"). This agreement sets out the mark(s) to be assigned and that all title and interest in these marks are now the property of the assignee. A written Trademark Assignment Agreement will be beneficial in the event of disagreements, misunderstandings or litigation about ownership of a trademark.
This Trademark Assignment Agreement includes:
- Parties: Names of assignor and assignee;
- Trademark: Description of the trademarks to be assigned are set out in Exhibit A;
- Assignment: Assignor assigns all title and interest in the trademarks to the assignee;
- Representations: Assignor warrants that he or she is the exclusive owner of the trademarks and that they do not infringe on others;
- Signatures: Both parties must sign the assignment agreement.
