Soundtrack Recording Agreement (loan-out)

This Soundtrack Recording Agreement (Loan-Out Format) is between a production company and a lending company who will lend an artist to record a composition for a soundtrack of a motion picture. This agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including recording services and who will own the soundtrack recording. It is important that this agreement be set forth in writing. • Royalties: Company will pay lender royalties as set out in this agreement;
• Screen Credit: Artist will receive screen credit as set forth in the agreement if recording is used;
• Signatures: Both company and lender must sign the agreement.
