Share Pledge Agreement
This Share Pledge Agreement is between an owner of shares (the "pledgor") and a pledgee or lender who agrees to use the shares as security for an unpaid debt. This agreement sets out the names of the parties, number of shares pledged and representations made by the pledgor. It also sets forth how proceeds will be applied if the shares are sold and how the pledged shares will be registered.
