North Dakota Notice of Conditional Acceptance of Defective Goods
When a purchaser receives a shipment of goods that is defective or damaged in some manner, the purchaser may offer to accept the goods on the condition that the purchase price be adjusted to accommodate for the defect of goods. The seller, of course, has the right to reject any discount and request that the goods be returned. This form allows for a conditional acceptance of the goods and requests that a price reduction be allowed within 10 days.
The purchase and sale of goods in business situations is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as it has been adopted by the various states. This form is intended to be used to comply with the provisions of the U.C.C. and protects your rights.
This form can be used in North Dakota.
