Home Video Licensing Agreement

This Home Video Licensing Agreement is between a licensor who owns a home video and a video distributor. This agreement gives distributor a license to distribute the video in a set territory for a specified amount of time. Specific terms of the arrangement set forth in this document include the territory and the obligations and responsibilities of each party. • Costs and Obligations: Distributor shall bear all costs and obligations of distribution;
• Books and Records: Distributor shall maintain complete books and records and licensor has the right to examine these books upon giving reasonable notice;
• Breach of Agreement: Breach will be resolved by binding arbitration;
• Signatures: The licensor and distributor must sign and date the agreement.
