This General Guaranty is between a promissory note holder and a guarantor who agrees to make payments on the note. This guaranty sets out the names of the parties and that guarantor is responsible for the costs of collection of this note. It also sets forth that the note holder may demand payment under this guaranty before exhausting all rights and demands for payment. A written General Guaranty be beneficial in the event of a payment default.
This General Guaranty contains:
- Parties: Names of the guarantor and promissory note holder;
- Note/Security Agreement: Dates of both the promissory note and security agreement;
